Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Most orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Post and we always obtain a proof of posting. Delivery should be within 1-2 days, but Royal Mail do not guarantee this.

 

Items will be sent to the address you provide us with at the time of ordering. If goods cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee to redeliver.

 

It is your responsibility to check for damages or shortages and we should be notified of either within 24 hours of delivery. Please keep hold of all packaging in the case of Damage Claims, as it will be required to make a claim against the carrier.

 

Bits n Bobs operate a 14 day Return Policy. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days for a refund. Please email us to inform us of the Return and we will provide you with details of how to return it to us. All items must be in an unused, saleable condition. With the exception of faulty goods, we regret we are unable to refund any postage charges
